Channel:help

#help is Blitzed's network help channel — should you not be able to find the information you require either on the Blitzed website or this wiki, you should find someone available to help in this channel.

- #help is only for:
- Assistance with our Services
- Help using the network itself (e.g. connection issues)
- Anything else Blitzed-related (including reporting of possible spammers and the like)
- #help is not for:
- Assistance with general computer issues
- Assistance with operating system issues (e.g. installation of software)
- Assistance or such-like with Blitzed's Open Proxy Monitor (please use the mailing list)
- Any other random [non-Blitzed related] issue
Also, do not ask to ask: Just ask your question!

Please do remember that we are humans (and thus need to work, eat, sleep and get out even) so you may not receive a response within seconds or even minutes; generally, replies are quick, but please be patient. Do not keep repeating your question! Once is enough.
Please also note that #blitzed is not a source for help — if you don't receive a reply in #help, don't even bother trying to repeat the question in #blitzed — you may find yourself kicked (and even banned) for doing so. (See #blitzed's own wiki page for information about #blitzed channel guidelines.)
