This page will be used as an external (to BitFolk) information source about any outages affecting BitFolk's services.

The UK network is currently mostly offline due to an issue with our upstream colo provider, Jump Networks. Most customers of Jump became unreachable at approximately 21:40 GMT and as of now (23:25 GMT) this is ongoing. Engineers from Jump are aware and are working on the issue. More information will be provided as and when it is available, but at this stage it appears to be power or hardware failure affecting Jump equipment in TFM4, Telehouse, and there is nothing that BitFolk can do to improve the situation.
